LinkedIn Like a Boss

If you're logging into LinkedIn, scrolling through posts and feeling unsure about what else you can do - you're in luck. There are lots of ways to leverage the online platform to stay connected to colleagues, contribute to your industry and community and build new relationships.

Join career strategist Jenn Walker Wall for a workshop that will transform the way you use LinkedIn and the way you build and nurture professional connections - for good!

We'll be covering:

  • The simple steps to take to increase your likelihood of being found by recruiters and potential clients/customers

  • Tips for increasing your visibility and the quality of your relationships

  • Manage your expectations and set reasonable goals for using the platform

  • How to get comfortable sharing your work and impact (and ways to do so that feel good and not pushy!)

  • Easy ways to build new connections without feeling pushy or spammy

  • Effective ways to use LinkedIn in your job search, build your network and/or more clients for your business

  • A worksheet to help you create a complete and compelling profile (plus feedback on your profile)

Whether you're a job seeker or business owner, networking is likely a significant part of your plan. Learn how to effectively and easily use LinkedIn to help you share your work, build relationships and reach your goals.

The workshop will assume that participants have an existing LinkedIn profile. If you don't have a LinkedIn profile, but feel comfortable using social media, you're welcome to join us!
